AfGM. Book a Workforce Audit
about · the people and the agents

We are what we sell.

A Few Good Men runs on its own model: a small human core, an agentic workforce doing the volume, and Karyalya keeping it all governed. This page introduces both halves of our team — the people and the agents.

Why "A Few Good Men"?

Because that's all it has ever taken. Every company you admire was, at its decisive moments, a handful of people with judgment and nerve — surrounded by an expensive apparatus of process, paperwork, and coordination that existed only because humans were the sole workforce available.

That constraint just expired. AI agents can now carry the process, the paperwork, and the coordination — governed, measured, and auditable. What remains is what always mattered: a few good people. We started this company to hand that leverage to the businesses that deserve it most and get it last: MSMEs.

What we believe.

01

Humans lead. Agents execute.

The judgment, the relationships, the taste — human. The volume — agentic. Never the other way around.

02

Accountability is always human.

Every consequential action has a named human owner who signs it. No exceptions, no orphaned decisions.

03

Governance is architecture, not paperwork.

Guardrails, audit trails, and budgets are built into the system — not stapled on after the fact.

04

Open source first. Lock-in never.

Open foundations, swappable models. If you leave, you keep your workforce.

05

Weeks, not quarters.

Value shows up inside a quarter, or the plan is wrong. We deploy fast and prove it faster.

06

Measure agents like a workforce.

KPIs, reviews, performance history — we manage agents the way you manage a good team, not a tool.

07

Self-evolving, human-approved.

Agents improve from every task. Improvements ship only when a human signs the change.

08

MSME economics.

Obvious ROI or we don't ship it. The maths has to work for a small business, not just a slide.

the human core

A few good people.

The human core is deliberately small. That's the point.

The title "Chief Orchestrator" is deliberate: in a hybrid workforce, the founder's job is orchestration, not administration. Advisors and fractional specialists are listed here as the core grows.

the agent workforce

The rest of the team doesn't sleep.

We run our own company on Karyalya. These are some of the agents on our muster — same team cards as the humans, because that's how we think of them.

If we didn't trust agents to run our company, we'd have no business asking you to.
